At Nature Lovers Shop, we take utmost care to deliver healthy, well-packed plants to your doorstep. As plants are live and perishable items, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


🌱 Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We offer replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The plant is damaged, broken, or wilted at the time of delivery
  • You receive a wrong plant or incorrect product
  • The plant is dead on arrival (DOA)

To process your request, please share clear photos or videos of the plant within 24 hours of delivery.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to improper care after delivery
  • Natural leaf shedding or transplant shock
  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Size, shape, or color variation (natural plant characteristics)

💰 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement plants will be dispatched once verification is completed
  • Replacement depends on plant availability
  • In case of unavailability, a refund or store credit may be offered

🌿 Plant Care Responsibility

Once the plant is delivered in healthy condition, proper care becomes the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with every order.

❓ Are plants eligible for return?

Plants are live and perishable, so we do not accept general returns. However, we do offer replacement or refund if the plant arrives damaged, dead, or incorrect.


❓ What should I do if my plant is damaged on arrival?

Please share clear photos or a short video within 24 hours of delivery showing the damage. Our team will verify and assist you with a replacement or refund.


❓ What is considered “Dead on Arrival (DOA)”?

If the plant is completely dried, rotten, broken, or dead at the time of delivery, it is considered DOA and is eligible for replacement or refund (with proof).


❓ Can I return a plant if leaves fall after delivery?

No. Leaf drop or slight wilting is normal due to transit stress and does not qualify for return or refund. Plants usually recover with proper care.


❓ Can I return a plant if I change my mind?

No. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as plants are living items.


❓ What if I forget to report within 24 hours?

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


❓ Will I get a refund or replacement?

Based on verification and stock availability:

  • You may receive a replacement plant
  • Or a refund to the original payment method
  • Or store credit (if applicable)

❓ How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


❓ Are delivery charges refundable?

No. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.


❓ Do you guarantee plant survival?

We guarantee that plants are shipped healthy and well-packed. Plant survival after delivery depends on proper care, placement, and watering by the customer.
