At Nature Lovers Shop, we take immense care in delivering healthy, well-packaged plants and gardening products to your doorstep. Since most of our items are live plants and perishable goods, our return and refund policy has been carefully designed to protect the quality of what we deliver while ensuring fair treatment for our valued customers.


🚫 No Return Policy

Please note:
We do not accept returns for any product once delivered—especially for live plants, soil, fertilizers, or gardening kits. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, once they leave our nursery or warehouse, they cannot be resold or reused.


🔄 Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Plants)

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your plant or gardening product arrives damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product was physically damaged during delivery (e.g., broken plant stem, dead plant, cracked pot, etc.)

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must share clear photos/videos of the damaged item via email or WhatsApp

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)

🚚 How the Exchange Works:

  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement plant/product at no additional cost

  • In certain cases, a local pick-up may be arranged for the damaged item (if applicable)

  • No monetary refund will be issued; exchange only


📷 How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item (within 24 hours of receiving it)

  3. Mention your order number and a brief description of the issue

  4. Our support team will review and respond within 1-2 business days


❌ Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Live plants damaged after delivery due to negligence or poor care

  • Products reported beyond 24 hours of delivery

  • Color variations in plants (natural and expected)

  • Custom garden services or installations


🧾 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • If cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days

  • After dispatch, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
